Dr. Kelvin C. Choi started his South San Francisco dental practice more than 25 years ago, and he is now joined by Dr. Lucinda Fenn. They bring with them many years of advanced training and experience in cosmetic, and implant dentistry. In addition to having a talented team of dentists managing their care, our patients also enjoy the convenience of our in-house specialists in gum disease and root canal treatment.

Dr. Choi completed his pre-dental training at the University of California, Berkeley and graduated from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in 1977. He taught in the Fixed Prosthedontics Department at UOP from 1977-1980. He holds dental licenses in both California (since 1977) and in Hong Kong (since 1979). For the past twenty-five years, Dr. Choi has focused his practice in cosmetic and implant dentistry with over 10,000 bonded restorations to his credit. By consistently completing more than twice the amount of Continuing Education course units mandated by the State board, Dr. Choi’s practice is always on the cutting edge of dentistry.

Dr. Choi’s high standards produce quality dentistry that has helped numerous patients achieve their life changing “dream smile”. His most famous patients include title winners Ms. Ellen Chapman, Miss California 2004 and Miss Erin Darling, Miss California Teen USA 2005.

Dr. Choi is a graduate of the prestigious Northern California Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry (NCICD), and a certified provider of Invisalign. He holds memberships with the ADA, CDA and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

A father of four children, ages 13-21, Dr. Choi is an active member in his Christian church and also enjoys music, martial arts, cycling and skiing.

Dr. Alexandra Choi is a native to the Bay Area and loves the richly diverse community, culinary offerings, and climate it has to offer. Her initial career interests lay in engineering before she became captivated by the healing power and aesthetic potential of dentistry. Dr. Al spent three years in Stockton, CA earning her BS in Biology at the University of the Pacific before moving to San Francisco to complete her dental education at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. She is an active member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, San Mateo County Dental Society, and a certified Invisalign provider.

In her free time, Dr. Al enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with her church’s fellowship group, Quest.

Dr. Lucinda Fenn was born and raised in Southern California. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and her dental training at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr. Fenn completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Union City, California and is a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Fenn enjoys classical music, sports, and travel.
