Let me just start by saying that this practice is not like any practice I've ever been to. I don't really know how to explain it so you'll just have to come here and see for yourselves :)

That being said, the Choi's are AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. Here are just a few of the many reasons why this is now my go-to dentist spot:

1. The service is amazing. Everyone from the reception, to the hygienists, to the dentists themselves are SO friendly and professional. They remain patient when you ask them a bunch of pestering questions. They put you at ease by completely giving you a walk-through of your procedure and what's going on inside your mouth.

2. The place is so spacious and clean. It doesn't feel like your typical dentist; this almost makes it feel like a spa (where you have to still endure the sound of drilling unfortunately).

3. The details in their service is astounding. Purse hanger on the side? Check. Complimentary headphones and radio to drown out the sound of drilling? Check. Warm blanket in case you get cold? Check. This place is like an experience hah

4. They are completely transparent and honest with you when it comes to your dental hygiene. They go into detail of what work needs to be done and their recommendation but they NEVER pressure you. They understand that money can be an issue for many people but they just want to present all the options for you.
