What to Know After Your Visit

Thank you for your most recent visit. Please review the information below to know what to expect after your appointment including post-treatment care, billing and scheduling your next appointment.

Did you have a wonderful experience or less than amazing one? Please send us your feedback by clicking here. We want to know what we're doing right and what we can improve on.

At the time of your appointment we take your temperature and screen you for symptoms of COVID-19, but a person may still be a carrier of COVID but have no symptoms. Please notify us immediately if you develop any symptoms within two weeks of your visit to our office. Symptoms can include a fever, dry cough and/or loss of sense of smell.

Care Call

You may receive a call from us to check-in on you after your visit. If you are experiencing more discomfort or symptoms beyond your dentist described to expect, please contact us immediately.

Post Treatment Instructions

Please carefully read and follow any post-treatment instructions you received. This will help you heal properly, manage any discomfort, and know what to expect in the next few hours or days after treatment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Insurance & Billing

Money is not our priority, but your care is. We will only recommend treatment we would recommend to ourselves and to our family.  Your treatment and financial plan was created in your best interest. If you ever have any concerns or questions about billing or insurance benefits, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Explanation of Benefits

You may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance in the mail. This is not a bill and may not reflect any payments that you made during your appointment.

Estimated Insurance Benefits

As a complimentary service to our patients, we will:

  • Check your insurance benefits

  • Estimate your coverage

  • Submit claims on your behalf

However, we cannot guarantee the information your insurance company provides us is accurate or that the estimate it is based on is precise. What your insurance company ends up covering may differ and they may not approve your claim. Nevertheless, we will do our best to help you make the most of your insurance benefits and lower your out-of-pocket expenses.
