Time is Running Out on Your Insurance Benefits

Updated: Jul 17

ANOTHER YEAR IS COMING to a close, and that means another year of insurance benefits is about to expire. As your South San Francisco dental provider, we want to remind you to use your insurance benefits including any funds left in your flex spending and HSA accounts before the end of the year. If you haven't taken advantage of your dental benefits yet, that’s okay, there is still time, but the time to use them is now!

With our limited holiday hours, the end of the year tends to fill up quickly with other patients who also don't want to lose hundreds if not thousands in dental benefits. Stay ahead of the curve and schedule your next visit today. It's easy with our online booking tool or give us a call or text us today at 650-871-1400.

To help you prepare, we’ve put together some information about how dental insurance works at our practice.

Is Your Coverage Compatible?

We accept all PPO dental insurances and we are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. As a complimentary service to our patients, we will check your insurance benefits, estimate your coverage and submit claims on your behalf. We will do our best to help you make the most of your insurance benefits and lower your out-of-pocket expenses.

Commonly Covered Procedures

Most insurances cover up to two dental exams and hygiene cleanings in a year. If it's been more than 6 months since your last check-up, contact us today.

For procedures not covered by insurances in full, we offer CareCredit. CareCredit is a financing program just for healthcare that offers low or no-interest payment plans. We offer this program so you can get the care you need today. Apply online or during your next visit and we can walk you through the application. To learn more, visit our CareCredit page.

Getting Everything Done On Time

Your treatment plan may include major procedures like crowns, root canals or deep cleanings, that can require several visits to complete or needs pre-approval from your insurance company. This process can extend your treatment over weeks. Get started now to ensure we can complete your treatment before the clocks runs out.
